ok, i don't know how much of an audience this fic is gonna find.

It's based on the 1974 movie Conversation Piece (Gruppo di famiglia in un interno)
starring Burt Lancaster and Helmut Berger about a reclusive old professor
who allows a dysfunctional family and the mother's gigolo to rent the apartment
upstairs from his, leading to all sorts of oddness.
It is very good and i recommend anyone to check it out :)
