Notes: This was kind of inspired by a very old challenge on skycaptainslash to include the line, “Lie back and think of England.” I included it, sort of, but I don’t think this was what they had in mind. It wasn’t what I had in mind either, but Eric Lt. Cmdr. Ashley-Pitt had other ideas. Also, Ashley-Pitt is a Navy pilot, not an RAF officer.
