( Galgo lights up, as if it means the world to him that Barney still recalls it. It makes his annoyance evaporate, prompting him to fill up Galgo's glass as well. It's the only thing he can think of doing, and he hopes it comes across as the gesture of friendship he intends it to be. )

Dear All

I'm in need of a beta for my latest fic. Fandom is The Sinking of the Laconia (TSOTL). Pairing is hartenstein/mortimer. This is a sequel to Finding the Unexpected and will be my second fic in this fandom. It will be upwards of 10,000 words but the end is in sight. Knowledge of German and WWII not necessary. Will be rated NC-17 for explicit sex and some violence (nothing gory).

Spelling and grammar should be ok but need help in case of repetitiveness, plot holes and anachronisms. Fic is set in 1942.

This fandom is very rare. There were 4 of us but then my beta dropped out - I swear I didn't overwork her! - when I was writing the first fic, so that leaves only 3 of us.
