Hey, this was good. You really captured the boys all grown-up. Poor Shawn, he always did suffer below the smiles. Still Corey knows and it'll be all right. The brief glimpse of Topanga was heartbreaking.

I've never really thought of BMW before, but it seems to me that BMW really ought to be triofic. No idea why their marriage broke up, but I suspect it was unbalanced without Shawn there. Hope the same doesn't happen to the boys.

Well, I agree that it certainly could be, but I don't think it 'ought' to be. Every story has its need to be written, but just because there's three of them, it doesn't mean they have to get together all at once. Although that would certainly be interesting, and probably very hot... it's just not how I see their dynamic. I see Cory/Topanga and Cory/Shawn, but for some reason Cory/Shawn/Topanga just doesn't click for me. Weird. Then again, the only trio I've ever really liked is Harry/Ron/Hermione, and even then it was 'eh'.

Still, while I think, yeah, it could work, I don't think it HAS to be written that way. Just my couple of cents.

It's alluded to vaguely throughout, but mostly I wanted to keep us in Shawn's unknowing shoes. Toward the end, though, when they're in their fort, there's a really big hint from Cory.
