Obscure comics character challenge

I'm posting this (with the mod's permission) to invite you all to comica_obscura, the web's first, only, and best obscure comics (and comics-based cartoon) character fic challenge, modelled after the renowned yuletide challenge. The challenge welcomes gen, het, and slash writers. Right now we are in the process of taking suggestions to determine which characters (DC, Marvel, and indy) are offered as options at sign-up time. If you think you might be interested in participating in the challenge, please come on over, read the instructions, and make your suggestions--characters who aren't suggested now won't be eligible for sign-up later. We've got a number of good writers and people from different segments of comics fandom, but we'd always love to have more!
