Background Information: Lucifer decided to abdicate as the ruler of Hell, and handed the key of his former realm to Dream. Dream had no desire to keep it, and was quickly petitioned by deities from numerous pantheons for the key to Hell and the power associated with it. In the end, Duma, the Angel of Silence, accepted the key, and he and fellow angel Remiel became the new co-monarchs of Hell.
