Thanks for sharing. You're a very good writer and this went right into my Memories.

I suspect it would have been pretty difficult for Greg to decide against being a priest, so I'm not sure I buy this. But I certainly enjoyed the read! Keep the fic comin'!

I also think it would have been very difficult for him, but I also think that it's a decision he could have made. He would have to weigh it very carefully, of course -- he's been a priest for more or less his entire adult life. But considering his struggles with his sexuality and the fact that a secular life may be what brings him more happiness & personal fulfillment, I do think it's very plausible that he could have made that choice.
