Rating: Let's say R for this chapter, Tim's language has been greatly influenced by his time on Deadwood. Also, sex talk.
Disclaimers: The fictional characters are not mine, they belong to the nice folks at CBC (we would be thankful if they left them on the air for the many years to come). The "real" people portrayed in this story are obviously complete fabrications of my twisted mind and bear no resemblance whatsoever to the actual persons who have the same names. Hi! I'm new to this list and haven't had time to really take a look around, but I thought I'd share this ficlet I wrote to see if there are other people interested in this fandom. It's Intelligence slash, based on a Canadian tv show starring Ian Tracey as crime boss Jimmy Reardon (Tracey used to star on Da Vinci's Inquest and has guest starred on practically every tv show shot in Vancouver from Highlander to Smallville). As fanfiction goes, it doesn't get any rarer, as far as I know, I'm the first to consider the fandom and I'm desperate to find other authors interested in this universe.

Here is the fic:

Pairing: Jimmy Reardon/OMC
Summary: Jimmy enjoys some time off during a business trip to Montreal.
Rating: R
Warnings: Well, slash (have you met me?) obviously, and some completely ignorant assumptions about the English-Canadian organised crime world from a French-Canadian girl who knows everything she knows about the mob from Omerta (Italian mafia, in Montreal, French-Canadian cops who, unlike Mary Spalding, have no interest in politics whatsoever) and Mom Boucher... So, sorry for any misconceptions. Also, some random fixation on Christmas, snow and decorations, probably brought on by the fact that it is now nearly December 14th and there is still no snow in Montreal.
Disclaimer: I obviously do not own Jimmy Reardon, nor would I want to. He does much better on his own, or in the hands of the very capable people at CBC. I only wish they would get the tv movie on DVD so I could understand what the hell is going on in this show! Also, the introduction is now officially longer than the fic!
